Thank You Binder

I saw this idea in the Family Fun magazine in the Spring (Here it is on their Website) and am just getting around to doing it.  Rebecca was baptized this last weekend and received many sweet gifts.  I got on to her about Thank You cards.  Of course I got the old "I don't know what to write".  No excuses anymore after this little binder.

Thank You Book

I have a step by step page of what needs to be written.  Then I have a page that is filled with descriptive words to help the writing along.

Thanks

Stuck in Thank you cards, stamps, writing utensils.  I also put a few Thank You's in that I have received that are perfect examples of a nicely written Thank You.  Anyway, no excuses and hopefully they will get this Thank You writing process down before they leave home!

***After a few emails I thought I better just add these.  Here are the cover and outline sheet.  Let me know if you have a problem with the resolution.

This is a really great idea, especially that you fill in your own thank you's. It would also be a good idea to keep track of who has received what thank you from you already, so that you don't resend the same person the same thank you repeatedly.

Oh! I love this! Do you mind if I change it up just a bit and use it in my first grade classroom? We spend an entire month learning about how to write friendly notes, thank you notes, and letters. This would be so helpful!

Thanks for sharing. I love Family Fun magazine, and remember seeing this a while ago. Also, I was wondering, since you mention baptism; do you mind sharing any baptism traditions you do in your family with your kids? I have one getting dunked next month. I asked a friend of mine and she suggested to email and ask you, as you are our "fun mom" idol:) Thanks for letting us both stalk your family and glean off your creativity:)

LOVE this because I ALWAYS have good intentions to write thank you notes but they never seem to get done!

I love this idea! Especially because the tips for writing you've included. I made one of my own and featured it on my blog with yours as my inspiration.

I know you posted this long ago, but I'd love to create one for our family. The images say they are too low of resolution for printing. I'd love if you'd find a few minutes to e-mail me the copies: brookerie @ gmail . com
