At dusk, Alesha announced that we were going on a little hike on the back side of the Draper Temple.
Alesha grabbed a water jug before we left, and filled it with ice and rock salt. Then she put two different zip-loc bags of juice in the ice.
We then took turns carrying, swinging and twisting it from side to side as we hiked. Once we got to the top we each had a nice little slush to enjoy as we gazed down at the temple below.
And oh the beauty of the temple below! This was our actual view. The photo is from a fixed lens and isn’t zoomed in. It was simply gorgeous at dusk with the lights just coming on.
It was such a perfect hike! Thanks for the hike on the hill, Hill’s!

Love the idea of making an ice cold dessert while hiking!!! Beautiful picture of the temple too!!!
What a beautiful picture. I'm going to have to do this hike next time I'm in Utah.
