Here is the recipe. My family LOVE these. I can’t say if they are any good or not because I hate peanut butter and refuse to try one. I have however made MANY batches.
I'm going to try these, but they seem like they would be gooey to handle. Are they? Would it work to roll them in finely chopped nuts or something to make them less sticky to touch?

It's not gooey to handle because the dough has been chilled. The dough really forms quick, easy balls.
