Both of the boys have to run for their sports to stay in shape. One evening they decided to throw the Frisbee in the backyard for their running. At first I thought, “oh brother, this is the easy was out.” But then I saw all of the jumping and running over large distances, and thought maybe this IS a good work out! :)
Look at Jacob’s arm muscles in this next one. I do believe they were putting a little zip on their throws.
Even Stephen came out to get in the middle of their Frisbee game.
