Yellowstone Part Four

I love the waterfalls.  The power, rush and sound are overwhelming.  The beauty takes your breath away.  They truly are magnificent.  I of course tried to take way too many pictures of them.  We had one from quite a few years ago of the kids in front of this one, so we had to capture another one.

The canyon is huge!

Jacob would get bored of us snapping pictures and would sit to the side drawing his own.

The constant bison greeted us every day.  We were careful to keep our distance.

And a couple last ones of the bears with their momma eating the bison.  Jacob texted the one of Kaylee to me.  We were doing everything to get the perfect shot of the bears…

Check out momma’s claws that she used as a rake to cover the bison in the grass.  Interesting how she hid the animal so that they could return to eat more later.  Kind of like how I hide things in the fridge and pantry to eat later.

We absolutely LOVE Yellowstone!  I couldn’t resist getting little stuffed bears to remind the girls of this trip.

Wish we had even more time to hike some of the other trails.  Next time!

I've never really had a desire to go to Yellowstone until reading all your posts about it. Maybe someday...
