Sounding Out and Reading

I have been working on reading with Ashley in the afternoons.  I love her little smirk and confidence as she sounds out each word.

Hooked on Phonics is amazing and I did some with Ash.  BUT what I have always LOVED are these cute books by Nora Gaydos.  There are ten in a pack and each pack focuses on certain phonics.  We used these with Nathan when he was little and are still going strong using them with Ashley.  You can check them out with this link - Now I'm Reading!
