My baby is now a Sunbeam at church and is not in Nursery anymore. Her teacher gave her a "Sunny Sunbeam" drink to congratulate her going on to Primary. Jerrica thought she was totally BIG toting around her drink and telling us that she is now a Sunbeam.
I thought that I was going to cry seeing my baby get bigger...I can't believe I don't have one in Nursery...we have ALWAYS had one in Nursery....
There is a solution to the 'empty nursery' syndrome but it involves 'obtaining' a 18 monther at a mall or perhaps legally. Either way you'll need to change your blog to "It's Heaven with Seven". (My grandson is a Sunbeam next Sunday too, I gave him a "Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam" tag I made for my Sunbeam classes a few years ago & a countdown to Sunbeam class sheet).
ReplyDeleteGosh, I know THAT one!!
ReplyDeleteWe only have 3 but Miss Mini is turning 4 in Feb and I have never had one older than 2 with at least the next one on the way!!
Guess I´ll really start feeling old once she starts preschool and I don´t have one hanging tight to my knee...
What a cute idea! I'm lucky our Hunter missed the deadline and will have to wait another year to leave nursery...good thing because no ONE will want the call to be HIS teacher! Nursery is perfect for him. He's known as the "big biter". Can't believe jerrica joy is a sunbeam!!!
ReplyDeleteoh, she is a cutie!! :)

And I love em bigger too, but it sure is hard to let go of the "baby" Have you read the book.... I love you forever??? It so beautifully describes a mother's love...
